TO WING

To Wing joined SOMA Dance Theatre for the touring production The Last Unsaid, performing with the company in Korea.

To Wing is a dancer and choreographer, currently based in Hong Kong. Graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Contemporary Dance, she received Recruitment and Outstanding Scholarship throughout her studies.

 

She was part of City Contemporary Dance Centre scholarship programs from 2010-2021, as well as HKAPA Gifted Young Dancer Programme from 2018-2021, where she received GYDP Faculty Scholarships and Mui Ting Wai Memorial Scholarship. Working with various local and international artists, she has gained rich performance experience over the years, including “Grand Finale” by Hofesh Shechter (restaged by Erion Kruja), “Synthetic” by Dam Van Hyunh, “3 fingers at arm’s length” by Leila McMillan, “Human, Common Territory” by Sharon Vazanna, just to name a few. Her main choreographic works include “Embrace” (2024), presented by HKAPA Choreographic Workshop I; “Like a dream” (2025), presented by HKAPA Choreographic Workshop II; “Embrace 2.0” (2025), presented by E-side Dance Company; “Ebb and Flow” (2026), presented by French May Arts Festival. She was recently awarded Hong Kong Arts Development Council’s Emerging Artists Development Grant.
