WONG CHEUK LAM, CHRISTY
Christy joined SOMA Dance Theatre for the touring production The Last Unsaid, performing with the company in Malaysia, Korea, Chongqing, and Guangzhou,
Christy was born and raised in Hong Kong. She graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) Degree in Dance, specialising in contemporary dance. She is currently a freelance dancer and choreographer. She has had the privilege to work with international and local choreographers including Francisco Córdova (Physical Momentum), Leila McMillan, Ryu Suzuki, Sharon Vazanna, Kenny Ho Wing Tao and Noel Pong. She has also performed in the restaging of Hofesh Shechter’s Grand Finale by Erion Kruja.
She has participated in various international performances including the 12th Goyang International Dance Festival, 2026 Sibu International Dance Festival, 2026 Gunsan International Dance Festival, The 6th Youth Crossover Dance Art Festival. She also participated in SWEAT Hong Kong International Dance Workshop Festival 2025 - CollabAsia Project in collaboration with Na-ye Kim, Leila McMillan and Sungkyunkwan University’s Department of Dance.
